An Inside Look at Collective Design Fair at this year’s NYCxDESIGN
It is that time of the year when the world of art and design takes over Gotham in a creative fest that always leaves a lasting ripple effect: new talents emerge, ideas are exchanged, design trends crystalize, and people from all parts of the world and all sectors of design meet and mingle, often resulting in future projects and collaborations. Here is a look at some of this year’s highlights at Collective Design Fair, which wrapped up May 7.

This gallery was one of the design pioneers in China promoting signature, one-of-a-kind and limited edition pieces. At its booth this year, one of the highlights is the Coracae Screen by Marc Fornes. Made of white perforated metal, the screen undulates, creating an engaging play of light and shadow.
